O'Callaghan's opened its doors in The Barnyard in 2020, built around a simple idea: Irish pub food doesn't have to be an afterthought. Managing Partner Brent Sepulvado built a scratch kitchen, an in-house pastry chef, and an upscale Irish whiskey bar inside a space that still carries its original fireplace and bar — the heart of the room since long before O'Callaghan's arrived.

Today it's the highest-rated Irish pub on the Monterey Peninsula, a gathering spot for big games, weekend live music, and the kind of regulars who treat the patio like a second living room.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does O'Callaghan's have live music?

Yes. We feature live traditional Irish music every Friday and Saturday night from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, followed by a DJ from 10:00 PM until close. Thursday nights are Karaoke Night.

What are O'Callaghan's hours?

Open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM. Friday and Saturday 11:00 AM – 1:30 AM. Closed Tuesdays.

Does O'Callaghan's host private events and parties?
